Engineering data

• Dimensions marked UNVERIFIED have not yet been checked against the cited source.
• Properties marked CALCULATED are derived from nominal dimensions using documented simplifications (for example, toe radii and weld metal are neglected and torsion constants are thin-walled approximations).
• Calculator results (weight, surface area, paint, built-up sections, BOM) are estimates.
• The Section Equivalence Finder only compares numerical parameters; it does not establish that one section can replace another in a design.

All structural design, substitutions and procurement decisions must be made or checked by a suitably qualified engineer.
